IR CCD CCD200M presents a silicon device with charge's transfer and photosensitive section, filled on the hot carrier diodes from platinum's silicide, provides sensibility in the diapason of waves 1 - 5 micrometers. The device is intended for receiving a thermal television object's depiction.
